GENERAL
Please provide a clear reference. If it's a custom design, it can also help to provide a clear description of the design you want. Moodboards, clothes reference, etc. will be a lot of help.
PAYMENTS
All payment methods are already indicated at the top of the service descriptions.
REVISIONS
Max of 2 revisions per piece is allowed. Additional revision outside the maximum count, complex revision like outfit change, large-scale revisions and changes that will cover a big part of the illustration will be charged, so as much as possible, please check the sketch carefully if you want something to be changed.
Requesting for art style change is out of the question, unless the art style the client wanted from the start was what we agreed on from the start. (ex. what we agreed on is Danganronpa style but halfway, client changed their mind and wants a Sailormoon style.) We will stick on the style we agreed on from the start.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
Commercial use has an additional charge. The additional charge will be 2x of the original price. Please state if the art will be used for commercial use.
As the commissioner, you are free to:
- let me know if the commissioned piece is allowed to be posted in my socials to promote myself.
- print the image, post it on your social media, with proper credits back to me.
- use it for commercial purposes as long as you've paid for commercial usage fee.
REFUNDS
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If you file a chargeback against me without any acceptable reason. I am allowed to post your name in my socials as an awareness for other artists in the community. I am allowed to resell the image to another buyer and you will be added to my blocklist.
